  • Prospect data (non-customers): 3 years from the last contact
  • Customer data: for the duration of the commercial relationship, then 3 years after the last purchase
  • Billing and transaction data: 6 years from the end of the relevant accounting year, in line with UK record-keeping requirements
  • Browsing data and cookies: 13 months maximum
  • Data relating to a dispute: retained for the applicable statutory limitation period

9. Sharing of data

No personal data is sold, rented or transferred to third parties without a lawful basis. Your data is only shared with the recipients strictly necessary for the provision of our services.

Function: Sending transactional and marketing emails, managing the contacts database.
Data processed: First name, email, email interaction data.
Location: United States (transfers safeguarded).

10.3 Meta (Facebook / Instagram)

Function: Advertising tracking pixel, creation of custom audiences.
Data processed: Anonymised or pseudonymised browsing data (via the Meta pixel).
Location: United States (transfers safeguarded).

10.4 Microsoft Clarity

Function: Audience analytics and session-behaviour analysis (heatmaps, session recordings) to improve the Site.
Data processed: Browsing data, interaction data.
Location: United States (transfers safeguarded).

10.5 Stripe / PayPal

Function: Secure online payment processing.
Data processed: Bank card data (processed directly by the providers, never stored by us).
